Commercial Service Planned Process that has proper-occurrent-parts, some Act of Service Provisioning and some an Act of Consumption that coincide temporally, and that is prescribed by a Service Agreement, and in which some Agents playing causal roles in the respective occurrent parts, are parties of the agreement.
Manufacturing Service A Commercial Service which 1) includes at least one manufacturing process as process part and 2) an Agent satisfies the manufacturing needs of another agent..
Service Offering A descriptive information content entity that describes a service provided by as service provider.
Service Plan Specification A directive information content entity with service action specifications and service objective specifications as parts that, when concretized, is realized in an Act of Service.

 

Service Objective Specification An Objective Specification that describes an intended end results of a service.
Service Action Specification An Action Specification composed of a sequence of instructions to achieve some objectives described by a service objective specification.
Service Consumer Role A role which inheres in an Agent who consumes a Service
Service Provider Role A Supplier Role that is borne by an Agent to provide a Service to some Agent.
